Licenses [Refund Policy]
We offer full refunds of any purchased license within 30 days of purchasing. Please contact support@channelreviews.com with your license details to make a refund request. This courtesy is offered during your first order only. Subsequent purchases in the future are not applicable.
Licenses [Single Switching Policy]
When your purchase a license from ChannelReviews, it grants you upgraded access to one (1) YouTube channel for the duration of the license. If you apply your license to the wrong channel, we offer a one-time channel switch during a 30-day grace period following the purchase where we will switch your license to the correct channel. This applies to both recurring licenses as well as lifetime orders. If you need a second channel upgraded, we offer a coupon code "RepeatBuddy" which will give you 50% off the price of a second channel and this is your best option if you are outside the 30 day grace period or if you have already switched your channel once. There are no exceptions.
Licenses [Auto-Renew Policy]
Both monthly as well as yearly license are set to automatically renew every month or year respectively. It is the customers' responsibility to cancel their license prior to the next payment if they wish to cancel their license. When a customer cancels their license, they will maintain upgraded access through the remainder of the Term that was paid for.
General
Use of our Site is subject to existing laws and legal process. Nothing contained in these Terms shall limit our right to comply with governmental, court, and law-enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of our sites. These Terms shall
be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce these Terms before a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California. In addition, we reserve the
right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we feel appropriate.
